Addressing a recent gathering of intellectuals and public figures Seyyed Hassan Khomeini said that despite possessing various views and political affiliation, we must move in accordance with the leader’s guidelines following the victory against US-Israeli aggression.
“Some might maintain that there should be negotiations with foreign powers while other believes the negations are of no use in such circumstances,” he said.
In such circumstances, instead of creating divisions and strife, we should move in accordance with the guidelines and follow the wise leader, he added.
The reputed scholar also emphasized the need to protect the national unity and cohesion which coexisted during the US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
He concluded by saying that we must trust our own capabilities in various arenas including military field.
Seyyed Hassan Khomeini hailed the Iranian defensive and missile powers which shoot Israel and US bases in the region and brought about victory for the Iranian nation.
He pointed out that all elements which boosts national unity in the face of all challenges grappling the nation and country.
Separately, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian thoroughly dismissed efforts and incitement by the United States and its allies, particularly the Israeli regime, to push for termination of Iran’s nuclear energy program.
The chief executive made the remarks during an interview with Qatar’s Al Jazeera television network on Tuesday, asserting that uranium enrichment on the Iranian soil would continue in the future within the framework of the international law.
