Dr. Ali Komsari made remarks while addressing a ceremony held on 35th anniversary of founding anniversary of the institute at Imam Khomeini college and reserach center .
Hojjat al-Islam Komsari further said that the devotees and the institute should remain at forefront while spreading and defending Imam’s pure thought and dynamic ideals.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Komsari said that the institute is not an office where people just come in the morning and leave it in the evening. It is sole platform to emancipate, elucidate Imam Works and ideals at any time.
He said that that at least once in a year, such a gathering on the founding anniversary of the institute was good opportunity to assess and evaluate our progress, which is of course a constant process.
The head of institute explained art and cultural programs which have been launched over the past year.
These programs included the production of news serials about Imam and the history of the Islamic Revolution. In addition, he explained a series of innovations and several editions of the famous “Friend’s magazine” and other special works which are allocated for children and youths to introduce Imam’s personality and works.
Dr Komsari also emphasized the need to boost cooperation and coordination within various department of the institute and other organizations.
In an earlier address in May Dr. Komsari had stressed the need to provide a platform for publicizing accomplishment of the institute so that everyone can use the products and gain access to Imam's works at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.
Dr. Komsari stated that valuable measures have been taken in the past at the Institute.
One of the important measures to facilitate access to the works of Imam is the launch of Shia and Fiqh Wiki, and so far 1200 articles have been uploaded regarding Imam's thoughts.
The head of the institute further said Imam's encyclopedia with more than 11,000 pages has been launched, which has been widely visited and has been very well received.
Regarding the unveiling of the new software version of the collection of Imam Khomeini's works, Dr. Komsari said: "Today, with this unveiling, we have witnessed the realization of one of the sides of this strategy is facilitating public access to Imam's works.
In recent years, the international department of the institute has designed and presented several works of Imam Khomeini, the great religious and spiritual leader of Muslim world, in form of multimedia CDs and digital productions in English, Urdu, Arabic and several other languages.
It is noteworthy that several of Imam Khomeini’s works have been translated into dozens of languages over the some past few years.
The founder of the Islamic Republic had written very deep and insightful books in several fields covering the philosophy, mysticism, poetry and Islamic jurisprudence.
The dynamic thought of the great Imam Khomeini will continue to inspire revolutions and guide the generations to come in various parts of the world.
