The book is written by Kokab Siddique, a sunni Pakistani Muslim who is currently living in the United States.
The writer who met Imam Khomeini in early years of the victory of the Islamic revolution, is higly appreciated of Imam Khomeini simple life style and his spiritual and divine virtues.
The prestigious author believes that Imam has had deep roots among public and they showed also great devotion for him.
Siddique describes the environment and circumstances surrounding the Islamic Revolution, and maintains it was strongly supported by public masses and oppressed people.
The internationally-reputed author believes that the victory of the Islamic Revolution under the leadership of Imam Khomeini has had great similarities with the mission of the divine prophets.
Just as the holy prophet of Islam on the historic occasion of Mecca victory in early Islamic history caused the goodness to overcome the evil powers and the justice to emerge triumphant, in my viewpoint Imam Khomeini also revived same values by following the footsteps of the holy prophet in contemporary history, the author stresses.
He also notes that the groups and crowds of public used to hold gatherings with Imam Khomeini on daily basis, and Imam also responded their emotions and devotions with mutual respect.
