Following the revolution in the religious government, two major discourses under the title of the discourse of the Islamic government and the discourse of the customary rule of Muslims were formed which the discourse of the Islamic government could be divided into two subtitles of the Islamic government with the ruling jurisprudent of the people and the scribe of the Islamic government with the rule of the jurisprudent. It is categorized by each one on how the relationship between religion and government and the nature of the government in Islam, as well as the theoretical foundations in this regard, are of major controversy.
