Investigation of different reads of the jurisprudence theory (Vilayat-e-Faghih) of Imam Khomeini

In Shia jurisprudence the way and quality of ruling and parenting Muslims and religious legality of political practice of Shia believers in the absence of innocent imam always been a matter of ponder and talks. The most well-known theory related to this matter which carried the practical aspect of, has been the theory of jurisprudence ruling (VilayatFaghih).
