What had Imam Khomeini said about the month of Muharram in reviving Islam?

Imam Khomeini said on several occasions that it were mourning months of Muharram and Safar which have kept Islam alive. Therefore revival of Islam depends on preserving message of the doyen of martyrs, Imam Hossein (‘a), the grandson of the holy prophet of Islam.
